Gr1 Professional Manufacturer Titanium Mesh Electrode Titanium Basket Price
Electroplating is a process whereby a coating is deposited onto a substrate by passing a DC current between the anode and the cathode. The metal that is to be plated is dissolved in the electrolyte (carefully chosen to ensure anode passivation does not occur). The anode is anodically polarised and the cathode (the component to be electroplated) is cathodically polarised. This forms a closed cell.

Titanium use of different grade:
Titanium in grade 1 and 2 is used in the chemical industry and marine technology because of its resistance to corrosion. In addition, titanium grade 1/2 is also used in plant engineering, medical technology and in the watch and jewelery industries.
Titanium Grade 7 is preferably used in chemical plants.Due to the high palladium content, Titanium Grade 7 is very resistant to corrosion. Thus, for example, titanium grade 7 is resistant to salt water and is suitable for handling chlorides media. In addition, Titanium Grade 7 is resistant to erosion or impacts.
Titanium Grade 12 alloy is similar to Titanium Grades 2 and 3 except that Titanium Grade 12 has 0.3% molybdenum and 0.8% nickel. This offers enhanced corrosion resistance.
Gr16 Medium-strength titanium plus 0.04-0.08% Pd for enhanced corrosion properties Titanium tube grades (other grades are available on request)
